Born in India, Lilac Sip brings together carefully selected dried flowers and botanicals to create teas that are naturally expressive in colour, aroma and character -making the world of floral and herbal tea simple, approachable and enjoyable.

Our Story
There is something special about flowers.
Their colours invite you to pause. Their aromas can change the mood of a room. And when carefully dried and steeped, their delicate character can become part of a beautifully simple tea ritual.
Lilac Sip began with an appreciation for that simplicity.
Founded by Aarti, an Microbiologist and MBA in Healthcare Management, Lilac Sip was created with a vision to make floral and herbal teas a more approachable part of everyday life. Instead of treating tea as something reserved for elaborate occasions, we wanted to celebrate it in its simplest form a few carefully selected botanicals, hot water, and a moment to slow down.
Our collection brings together the natural beauty of Rose, Chamomile, Butterfly Pea Flower and Hibiscus, each with its own colour, aroma and personality. From the soft floral character of rose to the striking blue of butterfly pea and the vibrant ruby hue of hibiscus, every cup offers a different way to experience botanicals.
We source our flower teas from farmers in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, connecting the beauty of the finished cup with the people and places where these botanicals begin. For us, that connection matters.
Lilac Sip is still growing, and that is part of what makes the story exciting. We are exploring new teas, new flavours and new ways to make everyday tea moments feel a little more beautiful, because sometimes, you don't need a complicated ritual.

Our flower teas are sourced from farmers in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, where the journey begins. We then bring these botanicals into our collection with attention to their natural appearance, aroma and character.

A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
A cup can be simple -and still mean something.
Lilac Sip is my way of bringing together a few things I genuinely value: nature, thoughtful choices and the simple pleasure of pausing for a cup of tea.
With a background in Microbiology & MBA in Healthcare Management, I have always been drawn to the idea that the little choices we make every day can shape how we experience our lives. Lilac Sip grew from that thought -not as a complicated concept, but as a simple invitation to slow down and enjoy something beautiful.
Flowers have their own language. Their colours, aromas and delicate character can turn an ordinary cup into something memorable. That is what I want Lilac Sip to celebrate.
As we grow, my hope is to build a tea brand that people can discover slowly -one flower, one flavour and one sip at a time.
