1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

2. Delivery

We deliver across serviceable locations in India. Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered contact details, where available.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.

For eligible cases, we will arrange a replacement or applicable refund as per our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.
